Explore all FAQsHow long does UK delivery take?
Standard delivery is free on every UK order. Allow 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch: 6–9 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Can I try my sneakers on before returning them?
Yes. Try them indoors on a clean surface, as you would in a shop. Tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel; you then have a further 14 days to send the pair back. Keep the shoe box and accessories where possible.
Who pays for return postage?
You cover return postage for change-of-mind or size-related returns. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
How do I choose my size?
We use UK sizes. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement as your starting point. Check the size guide and the style’s fit notes. Final model measurements will be confirmed before live orders are enabled.
How long does a refund take?
Normally within 7 business days, and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of postage, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to the original payment method; bank posting times vary.
