Order cancellation

Before dispatch

Email us promptly with your order number to request cancellation or an address or size correction. We will try to stop processing, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being packed or dispatched.

After dispatch

Your statutory cancellation right still applies. Tell us within the cancellation period and follow our returns instructions. Refusing delivery without telling us may delay identifying your return.

Refunds

If we cancel before dispatch, we will arrange a full refund to your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days. If already dispatched, the return and reimbursement rules apply. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil an order and refund payments for unavailable items.
