Brush off the day

Use a soft, dry brush to remove loose dirt. Remove laces before cleaning and follow the final material-specific care label supplied with your shoes.

Clean gently

For smooth uppers, use a slightly damp cloth and a suitable mild cleaner. For suede, use a suede brush and avoid soaking. For mesh or textiles, dab gently with a material-appropriate solution. Test any product on a hidden area first.

Let them breathe

Air dry at room temperature, away from radiators and strong direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry, bleach or machine wash unless the supplied care label expressly permits it.

Store thoughtfully

Store in a cool, dry place. Allow shoes to dry fully between wears. Do not use everyday fashion sneakers as protective or specialist sports equipment.

A note on returns

Try a new pair indoors before outdoor wear. Cleaning cannot restore a worn pair to new condition for a change-of-mind return. Faulty-goods rights remain unaffected.
